Looking for a board that's as fun as it is functional? Look no further than the Tri Plane Hull Single! This baby takes Al Merrick's classic Tri Plane Hull design from the '70s and '80s and gives it a  new twist that's sure to make you feel like a surfing superstar.

Working with Devon Howard (yep, the same guy from our CI Mid project - we just can't get enough of him!), we set out to create the ultimate egg-style, single-fin mid-length. We wanted a board that looked cool, but didn't ride slow and sticky like some of those other mid-lengths out there. So we combined Al's classic egg outline with our own modern rail and rocker profiles, and added in that killer Tri Plane Hull bottom. The result? A spicy little number that's got plenty of trim speed and drive through turns, even in small surf.

And let's not forget about those beautiful colour options - these boards are as easy on the eyes as they are on the waves. Plus, our minimalistic logo treatment pays homage to some of Al's early surfboard creations, so you know you're getting a piece of history with every ride.
